9th Annual ATMIA Conference

ATMIA Conference 2008, "Rising Again," is dedicated to business renewal topics and issues and takes place in New Orleans to demonstrate support for the resurgence of the city two years after the Katrina disaster. Representatives from this organization will give an update on the post-Katrina recovery during the awards banquet where they will accept the check from ATMIA and the members/attendees, and provide information on how the money will be used.

Visa Key Management Workshop
Visa is offering a one-day Key Management Workshop that will provide information on the management of cryptographic keys used in ATMs, PIN pads, cash dispensers, and hardware security modules. The workshops are for staff involved in the management or operation of ATMs or other devices that accept cardholder personal identification numbers (PINs) and for personnel who need practical knowledge about the elements of data encryption standard (DES) cryptography and the management of secret encryption keys. This workshop fulfills the requirement for Plus Independent Sales organizations (ISOs), Encryption and support Organizations (ESOs), and Third Party Servicers (TPS) and staff from sponsoring Member financial institutions to attend a Visa Key Management Workshop at least once every three years
