Rooms are available for this event at reduced rates.  Please complete the form below to make your reservations and other travel arrangements. Room reservations and hotel charges (including telephone, incidentals and meals, except those on the conference schedule) are the responsibility of the delegates.

Hotel Registration Regulations:

- Reservations must be made with a credit card to guarantee booking
- Check-in is 14h00 and check-out strictly before 11h00.
- The hotel can't guarantee early check-ins.
- All No-shows will be charged one nights accommodation (Regardless if resold by Hotel)
- One (1) days accommodation will be charged as a deposit, once the booking form has been received.
- Should the booking be cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, one nights accommodation will be charged (Regardless if resold by Hotel)
