Keith Au, Region Product Management Director, North Asia, NCR Financial Solutions Division

Keith Au is Region Product Management Director, North Asia, NCR Financial Solutions Division.  He is responsible for leading a team of deployment resources accross the North Asia market to establish the product line and market strategies for the region.  He has a Masters degree im computer science from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale Illinois, USA and has been working for NCR for over a decade in different roles.  During his service with NCR, he has constantly brought in an outstanding contribution to the company.

Greg Baker, Executive Chairman, Customers Limited

From 1993 to 2004, Greg Baker was Founding Chief Executive of Cashcard Australia Limited.  Mr. Baker was the driving force of this business for over a decade, developing Cashcard to become Australia's leading independent payments network and the owner of the largest number of ATMs in Australia.  Cashcard was sold to a multinational business in April 2004.  Customers Limited is an Austalian Electronic Payments Systems company which was first listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in 1989.  Customers' overall strategy is to build a leading ATM and payments system business through organic growth as well as via aquisition in both Australia and Asia.  At Customers, Mr. Baker has developed and appointed an outstanding staff and management team of ATM and payments specialists with many years of practical experience.  In the two years since Mr. Baker became one of the largest shareholders of Customers Limited, Customers has emerged as a leading player in ATMs and payments.  It now owns one of the largest ATM networks in Australia with more than a 20% market share.  In addition, Customers has entered a Joint Venture with MasterCard and a large regional bank to establish Australia's newest payments processing business - Strategic Payments Services Pty Ltd.  Through it's Joint Venture - Customers Asia Limited - Customers has become the largest shareholder in Fintronics Holding Company Limited, one of Asia's emerging ATM and payments companies.  Mr. Baker has a Bachelor of Arts in Administration, is a Fellow of the Australian Intstitute of Management, a Fellow of the Institute of Financial Services and a member of the Austalian Institute of Comany Directors.

Peter Blackett, Vice President, ATM & EFT Services, First Data International Asia

Peter Blacket currently leads First Data International's global ATM Community of Practice.  He has 20 years of payments and ATM experience across all facets of the business, including sales, marketing, operations and business systems management.  Peter has recently been relocated to Beijing from First Data's Australian operations where he has held numerous senior management roles over the past 9 years.  Most recently he led the marketing and product management function within the region.  This team has the responsibility for the product management and marketing of the company's ATM Services, merchant acquiring and card issuing solutions.  Peter was a key member for the Cashcard Australia management team, which was acquired by First Data in 2004, responsible for more than 50 percent of Cashcard's revenue and contribution.  His team was a catalyst in developing Cashcard into the largest ATM network in Australia.

Mark M. Coons, President, CEO and Founder - American Special Risk, LLC

Mark is President, CEO and Founder of American Special Risk, LLC (ASR) an insurance and reinsurance brokerage firm headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. The company’s focus is on developing insurance and risk management solutions for the needs of companies involved in the ATM, financial services, and electronic banking industries. In addition to managing insurance programs on a global basis for some of the world’s largest companies operating in the ATM and banking industry – insuring over $2 Billion a month in ATM Vault Cash risk - ASR manages the ATM Industry Association insurance program. Mark has served on the Executive Board of ATMIA since 2002.
Mark began his career in 1990 working in the London insurance market at Lloyd’s of London and then joined Chubb Insurance Company as an underwriter specializing in financial institutions and international risks for large commercial clients. In 1995 he joined Holborn Corporation, spending several years in New York City working as a reinsurance broker where he was responsible for the management, development and placement of reinsurance contracts for numerous insurance and reinsurance companies throughout the world.
Mark earned his BA in Business and International Relations from Queen’s University, Kingston, Ontario, Canada and holds an Associateship in Reinsurance from The College of Insurance, New York, New York.

Tom Harper, President, ATMIA

Tom Harper is the founding publisher of ATMarketplace.com, co-founder of the ATM Industry Association, and the Association's current president.  He left a career in radio advertising sales to join WaterMark Group in 1996, leading the ATM supply division of the firm, before shifting his focus to the online world. In 2000 Harper co-founded NetWorld Alliance which owns the Self-service and Kiosk Association, and publishes ATM Marketplace, Kiosk Marketplace, Self-Service World Magazine and DigitalSignageToday.com.  He founded ChurchCentral.com in 2002, and the Society for Church Consulting in 2007.  He recently published a book called Career Crossover: Leaving the Marketplace for Ministry.

Tony Horne,  EVP of International Business Development, Cardtronics

Tony joined Cardtronics in February 2005 to head up international expansion outside of the US for the world’s largest ATM ISO. In 2005, Cardtronics acquired Bank Machine Ltd in the UK and commenced operations in Mexico. Prior to that, he was the President, Americas for 10 years for the Travelex Group which provides a range of financial services to international travelers, including foreign exchange and ATMs. For almost 20 years before that, Tony was with the Thomas Cook Group, the last 6 years of which he was the CFO, Americas.

Mike Lee, CEO, ATMIA

Mike Lee is CEO of the ATM Industry Association, a non-profit trade association with more than 1,000 members in over 45 countries. He is also chairman and founder of the Global ATM Security Alliance, which was established in June 2003 to provide international security best practices across the whole ATM lifecycle and to manage a global crime database and fraud alert system. He has founded ATMIA chapters in Europe, Africa, Australasia and Asia. Mike, who is married with two daughters, joined ATMIA following posts as Research and Development Manager, first for South Africa's largest insurance company, Old Mutual, and then for a London-based conference production and publishing company. He won the 2003 award for 'Best Contribution to the ATM Industry, Individual category' at ATMIA's annual industry summit in California for his work in the field of ATM security. He is currently researching for a Masters degree in Future Studies at the University of Stellenbosch in Cape Town.

Aceman Lei, Director of Overseas Development, Guangzhou KingTeller Technology Co., Ltd

Aceman Lei has a degree in Engineering.  He is the Director of Overseas Development for Guangzhou KingTeller Technology and has 6 years working experience in the banking industry.

Mark Lin, President and General Manager, CBPM KEBA

Mark started his ATM career in 1990 and he became the General Manager of South China operation and President Club award member of Groupe Bull. Having achieved great results, in 1995, he founded SMI (Sino Mind Infotech) in Hong Kong and started his own ATM business. Realising the potential of the Chinese market, he then moved SMI headquarters to Beijing in 2001. In 2004, SMI joint-ventured with China Banknote Printing and Minting Corporation (CBPM) and started the development of core technology of RMB validation for self-service machines.  In 2006, invited by Mark, KEBA AG., one of the leading banking automation manufacturers from Austria, joined the JV as a shareholder, and built up a world class advanced ATM production line in a state class technology park owned by the CBPM in Beijing. The company name has been changed to CBPM-KEBA, Mark continues to serve as the President and the General Manager.
From SMARTCARD, XDM foreign exchange machines, to cash deposit machines and cash recycling machines , Mark has been committing himself to developing innovative products and ATM total care solutions for the Chinese banking industry.
