Winston Chen, CEO, Angusta Systems
  
Winston Chen is CEO of Angusta Systems, which was founded to provide specialist analytics to minimize the cost of wholesale cash while managing the circulation of cash inventory within large networks of ATMs, bank branches, depot vault centers, and retail merchants. Prior to this, Winston was Executive for Cash Operations at the Commonwealth Bank, the largest network in Australia. From his time there, he identified cash optimisation routine problems that players across the industry were all similarly facing. 
In strategy, Winston was appointed as one of two industry representatives assigned to work with Reserve Bank of Australia during the transition period following wholesale cash deregulation to craft the Deed that currently governs the rules and regulations of the retail bank’s wholesale cash pools. He was also the key architect of the notes penalty/incentives regime which was instrumental in ensuring the retail banks kept their risk free rate of interest compensation from the RBA. 
Winston has also served the financial services industry for over 15 years, first as a management consultant beginning his career with Accenture and by leading strategic and efficiency reviews that typically involved strategic analysis, business case feasibility, process design and reengineering, and execution planning. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (IIT Chicago) and MBA (Australian Graduate School of Management)


Mike Foster, Sales Director, BankZone

Mike has been in the ATM business for over 20 years, holding various sales management and consultancy positions with companies like IBM and Diebold.
Over the last 5 years Mike has helped International banks successfully improve their total cost of ATM ownership and operational efficiency, through process improvement and outsourcing of their non core business functions.
Recently Mike joined BankZone, a Norwegian based company with offices in UK and Spain.
Bank Zone is a product development & retail marketing company with a focus on customer-centric solutions for retail and financial institutions. Here Mike is establishing a global network of sales and service distributors to represent BankZone and their new technology and marketing solutions locally in all geographies

Feng Gao, Chief Technical Manager, Eastcom

Mr. Gao Feng is a graduate of Xi’an Jiao Tong University’s School of electronic and information engineering.  In 1997, he joined Eastern Communications Co., Ltd. where he is currently the vice general manager of the financial division and director of technical development.  Mr. Gao dedicated much of his expertise to the development and standardization of financial self-service products and solutions.  He has more than ten years of experience in the electronic payment industry where he witnessed and participated in the growth of China’s ATM industry.  Specifically, he has led teams that successfully developed more than 20 financial self-service products and related solutions, six innovation patents, and led numerous government funded projects.  Further, Mr. Gao has earned certifications including, the EPP keyboard which in 2006 received PCI authentication and the ABWOA™ software which is widely used by China’s banking industry today. At the same time, he is a participant of the China Finance Standardization Technical Committee (CFSTC) where he drafted two main technical standardization guidelines for China’s financial self-service industry.  

Stuart Geros, Director, TechSMART

Stuart Geros has worked in various technical and business roles with many financial institutions over the last 20 years, specializing in Business Service Management and Operational Analytics. Since 2003, as CEO and founder of TechSMART, Stuart has been at the forefront of real-time business analytics. Based on this knowledge and experience, Stuart and his team created OspreyRisk, a specific solution for managing physical risks associated with ATM and Bank Branch Networks.

Steve Hensley, Global Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, KAL

Steve Hensley is the Global Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for KAL. He also serves as a member of the KAL Board of Directors. Steve has over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology industry where he has held numerous sales and sales management positions prior to his current position with KAL. Throughout his career Steve has been involved in the Financial Industry and has focused on Self-Service solutions including both ATMs and Kiosks
.
 

Sam Hong, Marketing Manager, Nautilus Hyosung

 

Sam Hong is a marketing manager at Nautilus Hyosung.  He has done various market researches and analysis on various topics in ATM industry including cash recycling technology at ATMs, Trends in total ATM management solution, and Trends in Off-Site ATMs worldwide.  Before joining Nautilus Hyosung, he was involved in international sales and trade.  He holds MBA at Seoul National University, Seoul Korea.


Andrew Jamieson, Technical Manager, Witham Laboratories
 
Andrew manages all technical work performed by Witham Laboratories, and has personally completed a large number of PCI PED evaluations, as well as APCA PED and ATM evaluations. Andrew represents Witham Laboratories at the PCI PED lab meetings, and in this capacity contributes to the content of the PCI PED standards. He sits on the Advisory and Fraud Committees of the Australian Payments Clearing Association, and is qualified as a Qualified Security Assessor by the PCI Security Standards Council.Andrew manages all technical work performed by Witham Laboratories, and has personally completed a large number of PCI PED evaluations, as well as APCA PED and ATM evaluations. John Kennedy, Director, Asia Pacific Markets, Cash & Logistics, Fiserv

John Kennedy is responsible for managing Fiserv's Cash and Logistics business in Asia Pacific. A veteran banker with extensive international experience, John brings insight and experience to the cash supply chain management space. He has undertaken many consulting engagements in his time with Fiserv and has assisted many global institutions with their cash and logistics business, financial, operational and technology development.
John was born in England, and came to Singapore from Canada.

Mike Lee, CEO, ATM Industry Association

Mike Lee is CEO of the ATM Industry Association, a non-profit trade association with more than 1,200 members in about 50 countries.  He is also chairman and founder of the Global ATM Security Alliance, which was established in June 2003 to provide international security best practices across the whole ATM lifecycle and to manage a global crime database and fraud alert system.  He has founded ATMIA chapters in Europe, Africa, Australasia and Asia.  Mike, who is married with two daughters, joined ATMIA following posts as Research and Development Manager, first for South Africa's largest insurance company, Old Mutual, and then for a London-based conference production and publishing company. He won the 2003 award for 'Best Contribution to the ATM Industry, Individual category' at ATMIA's annual industry summit in California for his work in the field of ATM security.  In 2008, he obtained a Masters degree in Futures Studies (cum laude) at the Insitute for Futures Research at the Graduate School of Business, University of Stellenbosch, Cape Town.

Aceman Lei, Director of Overseas Development, Guangzhou KingTeller Technology Co., Ltd

Aceman Lei has a Bachelor degree in Engineering.  He exported the first batch of China-made ATMs to South America and has 8 years working experience in the banking industry.   He is now working as Director of Overseas Business Development in Guangzhou KingTeller Technology.

Dr. Caiyi Lin, Chief Researcher, China Unionpay

Dr. Caiyi Lin, Chief Researcher of China Unionpay, Editor-in-chief of the Card Industry Survey and Bank Card Industrial Development of China Annual Report from 2003 to 2009, has published numerous professional articles, and served as a member of China Credit Card Editorial Board and China International Financial Forum Expert Advisory Board.

Jim Richardson, President, K3DES
 
Jim Richardson is the founder and President of K3DES LLC, a Houston, Texas technology security consulting firm focused on electronic payments systems (debit, credit, and stored value cards). Founded n March 2002, K3DES provides consulting assistance, security and compliance assessments, forensic assessments, policy and procedure development, training, penetration testing and network vulnerability scanning services to clients in the electronic payments and financial services industry. Mr. Richardson has 28 years experience in information system security and audit, including 16 years in electronic payments systems. Mr. Richardson was the founder and first President of the Orange County, California ISACA chapter. 
K3DES is approved by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council as a PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA), a Payment Application Qualified Security Assessor (PA-QSA), and an Approved Scanning Vendor (ASV).   K3DES is also approved by Visa, NYCE, PULSE and Star to perform PCI PIN security assessments and TG-3 PIN security assessments.
 

Andrew Wu, Director, Global Market Division, GRG Banking

Andrew majored in computer software before joining GRG R&D in 2000.  With 5 years of ATM software development and banking customer interaction, Andrew has accumulated extensive knowlegde in the ATM industry.  He was then promoted as deputy manager of the Overseas Marketing Department in 2004, one of the forerunners exploiting the overseas market for GRG.  His profound technical background and industry experience pave the way for him to lead the global marketing team.  Andrew was appointed Global Sales Director in 2008.

Masaru Yoshioka, Director and head of Corporate Planning, E-net

Masaru Yoshioka is Director and head of Corporate Planning at E-net, which provides off-premise bank-ATM mainly at convenience stores.  Before joining E-net, he had worked at the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ for more than 20 years, and engaged in  corporate relationship, system planning, and retail marketing.  He holds MBA at Northwestern University, Evanston Illinois.
