* Hotel reserves the right to charge the prevailing US Government prescribed per diem in effect at the time of the meeting.  Government per diem rated rooms are considered tax exempt if guest is traveling on Official Business and presents a completed Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) exemption form upon check-in at Hotel.

Overflow Rooms for both Blocks.  The Hilton is very close to selling out over our event.  If you are unable to make a reservation, we have secured a small block of rooms at the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa located at 301 South Gulfview Blvd, Clearwater, Florida, USA 33767.  Please call 727 373 1234 to make your reservation..  Make sure to mention the EBT Conference to ensure the proper rate.

Rooms are available at the Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort for a Corporate rate of $169 and Government Rate* of $92 single/double occupancy per night.
