* Where to I find my card security code? Visa, Mastercard and Discover users, the card security code is the 3-digit number located on the back of your card, usually at the top of the signature strip. American Express users, look for the 4-digit number printed on the front of your card. Depending on which card you have, you'll find this number in small type above your credit card's main number on either the left or right side. |

Full payment must be received when registering for a booth.
If you are not an ATMIA or EFTA member, please pay the non-member rate.
Cancellation policy - If a registered exhibit company cancels 90 or more days prior to the event, all money with the exception of a $300(US) administrative fee will be refunded. If the cancellation occurs 60-89 days before an event, a refund of 75% of original payment will be issued. A 40% refund will be given if the cancellation is 45-59 days prior to a conference, and if the cancellation comes less than 44 days before an event, 10% of the original payment will be refunded. All cancellations must be in writing before the event. No refunds will be issued if cancellation is received after an event. |
