Ad Specifications (Mac format):

·         Ad document must be created in Quark XPress 6.5 or older version. Create ad at actual size. We will not shrink or enlarge the artwork.
·         Photos must be Adobe Photoshop 7.0 or older, TIFF or EPS format, Bitmap is acceptable for B/W only.
·         Illustrations / artwork Adobe Illustrator 10 or older, make sure any type is converted to outlines.
·         If providing a PDF file, make sure it is high resolution (300 dpi) with all fonts embedded.  (We are not responsible for poor reproduction of ad once printed in the conference brochure if the PDF is distilled at resolution lower than 300 dpi or fonts are not embedded).
·         Ad can be sent on Zip discs or CDs (discs can be returned if needed).
