| Mohamad Al Basha, Sales Director, Worldwide OEM, De La Rue
As Sales Director of Worldwide OEM, Mohamad Al Basha is responsible for the international sales of De La Rue's Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) mechanisms to the ATM industry. A division of De La Rue that to date has shipped more than 375,000 ATM mechanisms worldwide. Prior to his role with De La Rue, Mohamad worked at Inter Innovation where he was responsible for the production testing of its teller cash dispensers.
De La Rue acquired the company in 1992 and following its acquisition, Mohamad was appointed as De La Rue's OEM Sales Manager for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. In 2006 his contribution to global sales was recognised with the promotion to the position of Sales Director, Worldwide OEM.
Mohamad holds a Baccalaureate Degree in Computer Science from the C&E American University Institute. He has also achieved a Diploma in Business Econimics, certified by the Swedish Chamber of Commerce. Based in Flen, Sweden, Mohamad enjoys travel, reading and supporting his children's activities.

| Shadi Eideh, Senior Manager, eChannels, Qatar National Bank
Shadi Eideh is presently Senior Manager of the eChannels unit within the Retail Banking Group at QNB. The unit is leading innovative, strategic self-service programmes that involve sales, services, branch transaction migration to alternate channels, and customer experience.
eChannels, or the EAZYLife range of services include; EAZYinternet (internet banking), EAZYphone live and EAZYphone IVR (Customer Care Center), EAZYATM, EAZYSMS, EAZYstatement (email statement services), and mobile branches.
Before joining the Retail Banking Group, he founded the eBusiness Department within the Information Technology Group, accountable for leading edge multi-channel and enterprise integration of systems, people and processes.
He holds a bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.

| Mohamed El Sabban, Business Development & Strategic Planning Manager, Alternative Distribution Channel, National Commericial Bank
Mr El Sabban graduated from the Facaulty of Science in 1993 with a BS degree in Statistic and Operation Research. He has more than 14 years experience with leading financial institutions and IT companies in Europe and the Middle East in implementing and developing large scale business improvement projects in different areas related to financial services, such as customer relationship management, self service solutions, payment processing infrastructure and operation. Mr. El Sabban has overseen the implementation of an integrated strategic framework for the alternative distribution channels at National Commerical Bank - Saudi Arabia, one of the top five banks in the MENA region.

| Mike Foster, Business Development Manager, Diebold
Mike has worked in the ATM self service business for the past 20 years, holding various operational, training and sales roles within the industry at an international level.
During the last five years with Diebold, Mike has provided sales and engagement support throughout their European operations. Mike sees his current role wiht Diebold as the most enjoyable; focusing the sales channel to deliver solutions that address the Bank's primary business needs for cost effectiveness, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Prior to joining Diebold in 2002, Mike worked for IBM Global Services as Brand Manager for Banking Products, supporting IBM's self service solutions throughout Europe and Asia Pacific.

| Mark Glover, Associate, Retail Banking Research Ltd
Report on ATM Market and EMEA Trends
Mark joined RBR in 1997 from a general research and consultancy practice. Since then he has led and co-ordinated many international research and consultancy projects, and has developed an in-depth understanding of the financial services industry across many countries of western, central and eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
His principal area of expertise is in retail banking delivery systems, especially the roles of ATMs and cash dispensers. He has been leading and co-ordinating RBR’s annual research on the CEE as well as the Global ATM markets for several years now. He has therefore developed an in-depth knowledge of both the operational and commercial aspects of ATMs.
Mark has also contributed to (and led) work in several other areas including payment processing systems, the payment cards market, teller assist terminals and deposit automation.
He is a native speaker of English, and is also able to conduct research in Arabic, Farsi, French, German and Turkish. He is one of the principal editors of RBR project documents where these are to be presented in English.
Mark has technical expertise in the methodological aspects of the research process including selection of respondents and sampling, survey design, framing of questions and selection of response indicators. He also has extensive project management experience of planning and controlling large multi-country research surveys and managing an international staff.
Mark has extensive experience of presenting the results of research in reports and presentations.
He holds a BA from London University and an MA from New York University.

| Nabil Iben Brahim, Regional Director, Hightech Payment Systems
Nabil has 12 years experience in consulting, business development and banking and payment solutions. He has been with Hightech Payment Systems for eight years and has been bases in Dubai as Regional Director since the beginning of 2003. Previously he was based in Casablanca in the role of Business Development Manager. Prior to that he held positions at Arthur Anderson Business Consulting and Bank Central Popular, the largest bank in Morocco. Nabil lists his main achievement as the creation and development of the HPS Dubai branch, which has a turnover of US$ 8 million, 40% of the global turnover of the company, a customer base of 35 banks and financial institutions and a staff of 15.
Nabil is married with one son.

| Ahmad Karimisefat, Manager, Bank Sepah
Ahmad Karimisefat has 14 years experience in Banking and IT. He holds Masters degrees in Artificial Intelligence and Information Technology Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering. He has direct experience of developing and implementing programs for ATMs, networks and card payment systems.
His areas of expertise are in business plan development, contract management and IT planning. His computer skills include hardware, software and networks.
Mr. Karimisefat has been with Bank Sepah since 1993.

Issa Keshek is the Regional Director for Level Four Middle East/Africa, with full responsibility for the company’s operation and management in the area. Issa is a Senior Executive with 18 years of experience in the areas of business development, sales management, alliance and partnership management and program management having held positions with various multinationals. With primary focus on solutions for the banking industry, a few positions he has held include EMEA Program Director for Self Service with NCR based in London and Enterprise Business Unit Manager for banking with Microsoft Gulf. Issa is multi-lingual with good knowledge of the markets in the region.

| Manesh Mahatme, Channel Manager - eBusiness, Mashreqbank
Manesh Mahatme is the eBusiness Channel Manager for Mashreq, Dubai. He is responsible for shaping the customer experience for the bank's Internet and Mobile delivery channels. Manesh is an Electronics engineer from BITS - Pilani, India, and graduated in Marketing & Information Management from SP Jain, Mumbai. Prior to joining Mashreq, Manesh worked with Citibank India handling various responsibilities in the eBusiness space including Online Marketing & Acquisitions, Online & Mobile Utility Payments, and Online & Mobile Acquiring. Manesh is based out of Dubai, and is an avid biker.
Mashreq is the largest private bank in the UAE and also the second oldest. Founded in 1967 as Bank of Oman, the bank has played a pioneering role in the industry particularly in retail banking. Among its many firsts, it was the first to launch such products as travellers' cheques, credit cards and ATMs. It is invariably among the highest performing banks in the region. Last year it recorded a Net Profit of over US$470 million from a Total Operating Income on $844 million. Mashreq has received numerous international awards, particularly for quality management. According to independent research it has more ISO certifications than any bank in the region by a wide margin.

| Graham McKay, Executive Director, ATMIA Europe
Graham McKay took up his position as Executive Director for Europe, ATMIA, in April 2004.
Graham spent the previous 10 years at Diebold International Ltd., as Sales and Marketing Manager, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). He was initially responsible for all security sales and marketing in EMEA, and then expanded his role to include Diebold EMEA Business Development, including value added services, multi-vendor services, managed services, and major outsourcing projects.
Prior to joining Diebold, McKay’s worldwide experience working on both Government and International security projects enabled him to be recognised as one of the leading experts on security technology.
McKay has a degree in electonics, is a Chartered Engineer, and has subsequently expanded this with an MSc in Criminology.

| Mohamed Mousa, General Manager, Euronet Middle East and Managing Director, Middle East & Africa, Euronet Worldwide
Mohamed Mousa has been with Euronet since 2001 and is currently the Managing Director of Middle East and Africa ("MEA") EFT division. From 2005, and since the establishment of Euronet Middle East, Mr. Mousa also held the position of the General Manager of Euronet Middle East responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction, day2day operations for growing efficiently, running the company including the provision of ATM, POS and debit card related services to customers throughout the region. Mr. Mousa's primary responsibilities include following the day2day activities of the company, the development and implementation of strategy in the Middle East region, and to continue improvements in customer service, product offerings and profitability of the company.
Prior to joining Euronet, Mr. Mousa was Business Manager in IBM Egypt Services Division specialising in Enterprise Resource Planning Systems ("ERP"). Mr. Mousa received his Bachelor's degree in Engineering with high honours from the University of Ain Shams in Egypt in 1993, and his Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Netherlands in 1999.

| Klaus Nilles, Regional Director, Middle East, Banking Division/ Indirect Sales, Wincor Nixdorf International GmbH
20 years experience in the IT industry at an international level qualified Klaus Nilles for his current position as Regional Director Middle East for the Banking Business of Wincor Nixdorf.
After working for a few years in Sales and Marketing at Nixdorf Computers and Siemens Nixdorf, Klaus moved to Moscow in 1993 where he was one of the first people to contribute to the development of the banking business by selling the ever first Siemens Nixdorf ATMs in the Russian Federation.
Back in Germany, Klaus continued his career with Siemens Nixdorf as Account Manager for Deutsche Bank Group; in 1999 he was promoted to Global Account Director for HVB Group.
After working at Siemens Business Services as Regional Director for Russia, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary and Turkey followed by a sabbatical in 2006, Klaus came back to his roots and took over the responsibility for the region Middle East at Wincor Nixdorf in October 2007, where he is currently operating as Regional Director.

| Sertac Ozinal, CEO, BKM
Sertac Ozinal has been Chief Executive Officer of BKM since 2004. BKM, Interbank Card Centre of Turkey, carry out the authorisation operation between the banks, domestic clearing and settlement of debit and credit card transactions.
Before taking up his present role, Mr. Ozinal was Vice President of Retail Banking, Pamukbank. He joined Pamukbank in 1993 where he was promoted to Marketing Vice President in 1995. He was also responsible for the selling of retail banking products through all Pamukbank's delivery channels.
From 1988 to 1993 Mr. Ozinal worked for Anderson Consulting, in the Chicago and Istanbul offices as Financial Services Senior Consultant.
Sertac Ozinal hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bosphorus University in addition to Master of Economics and MBA degrees.

In her current role, she has worked with a number of institutions to establish awareness of global ATM security issues. Paul has 19 years experience of the EMEA payments industry, having previously worked for HSBC, LINK Interchange Network Ltd and NCR Corporation. Paul was the founder and CEO of Moneybox plc, which deployed a network of convenience ATMs across Europe, developed stored value card solutions for the workplace and provided outsourcing services to banks and retailers. Paul has also provided consultancy services to financial institutions, payments businesses, venture capitalists, government agencies and charities throughout the region.

As the Head of Projects & Development at National Bank of Dubai, Rivi's primary responsibility is in the management of software development and selection of the right solutions for the bank’s requirements, taking into consideration elements of resource optimisation and operational cost control. With strong background in IT Service Management, Project Management, Software Development and Integration, Rivi has gained over 17 years of experience in IT Financial Services. | Ali Sharifi Zarchi, R&D Manager, HATEF Banking Systems Co.
The youngest speaker of the conference is a Ph.D. student of Bioinformatics, who graduated in Computer Engineering with the final project of "Design and and implementation of ATM terminal software" based on WOSA/XFS 3.0. Ali was a Gold medalist of the 'International Olympiad in Informatics' in China 2000, and his team won the 1st prize in the 'International Rescue Robots' competition in Canada in 2002. He is one of the technology founders of HATEF Banking Systems Co. - the first successful ATM manufacturer in the Middle East - and currently is the R&D Director of this company.
